Design Terms of Use
Rules on owning designs by me:
► All designs must be uploaded on ToyHouse. If you don't have an account, a code will be provided.
► Do NOT delete the designs from ToyHouse. This includes deleting and reuploading my designs to new profiles. If you do this, you'll be blacklisted.
► You can add markings, accessories, horns, etc to your designs, but the design must stay recognisable.
► You must always credit me for being the creator of the design, no matter if you have made edits or changed the original design.
► Alt. designs may not be made from the original design (for example: twin/siblings designs) with similar markings and colors. Alternative color palettes (when applicable) may be turned into twin/sibling ocs, but may not be resold separately.
► You may resell the design only for the amount you paid for, unless it comes with extra artwork.
► Traded/Gifted designs may not be re-sold AT ALL unless you've commissioned/purchased extra art for them. In that case, you may sell the design for the value you've spent on the extra art.
► You're not allowed to add your own rules to the design (for example: the new owner cannot re-sell this design to anyone but yourself, etc).
► YOU CANNOT:
- Claim to be the creator of the design.
- Change the design completely.
