- Once purchased or traded, the character designed by the artist, GOREHOUND, is owned and controlled by the purchaser, who is free to do anything they wish with the character with the exception of hateful content. Using a design from GOREHOUND to promote bigotry, racism, ableism or harmful movements like MAP or zoo pride will result in blacklisting.

- This character should not be sold for any amount above the price it was purchased from GOREHOUND for until at least one piece of art (be it personal, commissioned, anything that you can attribute worth to) has been made and uploaded to the character's gallery. If the artist finds out that a design they have made has been sold in its original condition with NO added art, the offending user will be blacklisted. -To make sure this rule is not accidentally broken, all transfers will have the amount of money the design was purchased with in the note section.

BLACKLISTING:

Users who are BLACKLISTED still have rights to the character or art they have purchased, however are not permitted to purchase or acquire more designs from GOREHOUND. Please refrain from trading or selling a design from the artist to anyone on the list.

Please note that blacklisting can be due to TOS violations, or on terms of comfort. Just because someone is on the list, doesn't mean that they have violated my rules.

Please do not target or harass anyone present on my blacklist.
