Spinel

Spinel is a creature from another dimension who can reap emotions from people with her scythe and then forge those emotions into strange but useful tools. She offers this as a service to others when they have something bad going on in their life that they want to forget. Spinel can also take on a skeletal appearance, a trait native to her race, who were very present during the black plague, when negative emotions ran high. She loves looking like that, but it tends to scare people when they stare into the void of her eyes. And also that she's got bony patterns on her skin. When in her more human form, She wears huge sunglasses to hide her entirely blue, glowing eyes. She's a curious person who loves to meet new people, but feels a bit lonely, since she barely ever sees anyone of her own species. And though she's very easy-going and talkative, her social skills are a bit lacking, so she'll often fail to read the room or overstate her boundaries. She is also a big fan of Japan, and a total weeb, and has styled her wardrobe and scythe after various Japanese things, even if they don't necessarily go together.
