Deemee

Deemee is an alien whose species lacks arms, instead having several, highly flexible and prehensile tentacles growing out of her head. She has a bubbly personality, though she tends to get worried quickly and overthinks things.
She came to earth to warn humanity of the threat of the invading alien empire that her species rules over. She herself is from a high-ranking family, giving her access to the means to escape the warship on which she lived and warn earth. She's used to a live of luxury but is willing to throw all that aside to stop the injustice of her home planet.
