As head of the council, Carmen takes her role very seriously. She is very stern, and won't put up with nonsense. Carmen left the Ruby Empire to become the head of council, but it is unknown why, as being a princess and possibly becoming Empress had much more perks. Many asssume she simply wanted a different lifestyle, but her attitude towards the empire leads to a different reason.
