Background: Used to be a human junior virologist, known as William Arkinson. He and his older brother, Edward, created the shrinking element, and with it saved countless lives from incurable diseases. But one day, he was changed into what he is now due to an accident, he is now a bounty hunter that he aims to get his humanity back no matter the cost.
