Quadran is an Elected Supreme Officer of Royal Guardsmen, She is of a Serpent Species of Cobras, though biped. Her body is that of a Deep Midnight Blue with bioillumination or Bioluminescence. She has a strange symbol or graphic icon on her forehead. This lights up and as well as projects energy. Planet Dulectsi (Her kind refers to it as Dulectsi but translated to Earth) or Earth, which is a World Native to her. Her assignment is to protect the World Senate of her World. Her centuries-old Tactical skills as an Officer Ranked Commander, O7, gives her strengths. Due to the nature of Guardsmen is strictly a Male only Service Protection. She worked most of her life in training to get to where she is as a Tactical Officer and Special Operations Officer, it is the highlight of her accomplishments in her life. She lives and breathes the job functions that she sacrifices her personal life for it. She won't let anyone get in her way while matching anyone who comes at her through hostile means.
Her Duty and Protection come first that she has sacrificed having a life outside of work. Because her Senate and Race wish Delegations of off-world missions and assignments, she elected to become an Ambassador which is a starting point of having a cabinet seat in the Senate as Secretary Of Defense. Most notably she surprisingly takes a current off-world assignment job as a Waitress in an INN Establishment called EDENG LEN INN, TAVERN& BORDELLO on a planet called EDEN. Scanning all entities of life, including looking for one person of interest who her Empire has dealt with in the past, has trained with this individual in Militarily Operational Training known as Cobra Storm. So this individual is a high value and target. Ordered to assassinate, loyalty as she is to her mission, she one this one is her team having mixed emotions about this Target due to past history. Ever since she was a child or Dulectsiling (juvenile). She always had a fascination with Warriors and heroes. Along with hunters to hitman. She always wanted to restore order in chaos and fight against injustice. She was one of the very few females to be considered being Guardsman to Offensive and Reconnaissance operations of gaining information from opposition to enemies including from their locations. In ancient traditions, all females must wear a Sickle on the tip of their tails as a means of protection. When they become of breeding age any male suitor regardless of age can lawfully force themselves and copulate with females, regardless if they're a minor. So her society gave Females offers of protection. Which was a Sickle or melee weapon including knives. It was for their protection if they opted in. If they choose to master skills in weaponry they have a choice to Train and be tested for Tactical Security and Protection Agencies or TSPA.
