A Vapran with distant Spriton roots who resides in the claw mountains of Ha'rar, Tuul comes from a long family of gelfling who have perfected the art of baking. Her family own a humble but well known business amongst their clan, and tend to travel between the Claw Mountains and the Spriton Plains for work and trade.
