The duck's name is Felix.

This soapy original species of mine is never more than nine inches tall. They are mostly inflatable, with some parts made of hard but flexible clear plastic that may at times crack or break. Those plastic parts are filled with liquid soaps and may also have other small things floating/submerged in them. The soap can be at any fill level.

Their base form can be any animal commonly used in bath toys.

These little guys are usually fairly simple in design, with highly saturated colors that might fade as they get older due to sun exposure. They have at least one air valve and one dispenser pump (can dispense regular or foamy, depending on the soap that is used). The pump and air valve can be located anywhere and there can be multiple of each.

They are only found in very clean environments, though it is unknown if they move into already clean spaces or if their presence makes them cleaner.
