A rather calm, stoney faced man. He is relatively collected and honorable like his wife, and has an excellent memory, able to remember things for long periods of times- as well as many grudges. Despite his soft exterior he is rather cold and regal, drawing himself up in an air of authority demanding respect be paid towards him.

Despite being born in a middle class family, Ivan scaled the honor system of the government quickly after graduating from the Academy due to a near perfect memory in the Intelligence + Information Department. He married a friend from the Academy, Indra, and her unexpected promotion also rose his ranks in the honor system. Their marriage is relatively stable and Ivan works closely with Indra as a subbranch of the Charity Branch in his Department.
