Living in the heart of The Ave, Officer Haman Acker - originally Cody Acker, who changed his name upon moving to Central Ave - can be found usually hanging out outside the offices of the Central Ave Police Department. He lives with his wife, Molly Acker, and young daughter, who he often neglects in favour of drinking and patrolling with his best friend and Chief Officer Matthew Augustine.

His aspirations to be a police officer, once noble, are now just a mean to his own personal gain. He's a dirty cop, paid off by those in the local mafia of Tinneth to keep quiet, meaning most of his earnings are merely hush money. He's hated by most, but his relationship with the Chief keeps him safe.
