Samuel is very normal and unremarkable, the most interesting things about him are his mole, his shoes, and then he was an emo kid. He doesn't like to stay inside much, and enjoys showing people cool spots in the city he found- unless he's sad, then he just stays buried under his blankets on his phone all day.

[ Boyfriend ] Sam meets Kai in a very unconventional way, at first they don't start on the best of terms, but eventually they grow very fond of each other. They enjoy teaching each other about their worlds and to experience new things together.

[ Best Friend ] Dane and Sam have been friends since birth, since their moms have been good friends since before they were born. Dane likes to make fun of how emo Sam used to be, but in return he gets some burns about liking anime- it doesn't bother him though, he's confident in his weeb-ways.
Naomi
[ Best Friend ] Since Sam is so close to Dane, it's only natural that his sister becomes one of Sam's closest friends too. In high school and after, they become especially close because she helps Sam get out of his shell a little bit.
