Riley "Angel" Cirrostratus lives atop Mount Seraph, high above the clouds.

He's a cupid, meaning that he possesses a natural charm as well as the ability to matchmake and mediate. His surname, Cirrostratus, is not a family name- instead, on Mount Seraph, the surname refers to the type of cloud the angel's wings were constructed from. Because cirrostratus clouds are wispy and fragile, Riley's wings are smaller and better for gliding than actual flight.

Instead of performing tasks as a cupid, Riley tends to take time to himself. He works as a freelance artist and sells his works on the streets of Mount Seraph, which he prefers to the usual workload. He also enjoys painting his home and landscaping around the town, helping to make Seraph a pleasant place to relax in.
