Tavriel

Tavriel is an angel who serves on Heaven's Winter Court as an ice artist, creating sculptures and paintings out of snow and ice. He appears androgynous (and angels have no gender), but prefers to be referred to as male. The crystals above his head are chipped ice crystals. His staff isn't used for battle: instead, he uses it in his artwork to create ice from thin air.
