❥ Upon receiving any one of my designs, you are to have already planned out something for them rather than getting them out of impulse.

𝘙𝘦𝘢𝘴𝘰𝘯𝘪𝘯𝘨: I dislike it when my designs are bought or taken only to be left to rot in the character folder. It makes my work seem like it has no value or effort.

𝘌𝘹𝘤𝘦𝘱𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯: Only drawing them is also fine. I prefer that my characters are given attention by any means.

❥ If the character was a gift from me to you, you are to absolutely ask me first if I am fine with you giving or selling it away.

𝘙𝘦𝘢𝘴𝘰𝘯𝘪𝘯𝘨: It was a gift I put my time and effort into so I could give it to you. If you give it away, it makes my efforts seem like nothing.

❥ If I feel you are NOT using my design and just leaving it to rot, I may or may not ask to receive the character back. This is something you are free to accept or decline, this is just to let you know in advance.

𝘌𝘹𝘤𝘦𝘱𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯: You have paid to have the design. Then, it furthermore is not my concern anymore. It's yours, since you paid for it.
