❖ Backstory

Suna is a human girl gifted with the ability to see supernatural beings since birth. As a result, she became accustomed to interacting with various Yōkai at a young age. She comes from a poor family with a single mother, though the two of them go by with eachothers unconditional support. She later finds out that her mother gave birth to her after an affair with another man, and it is then revealed that the man is a Nogitsune. After confirming her idenity as half Yōkai, it started to make sense as to why she has the ability to see spirits. One day, her mother was targeted by two Yōkai who had the goal of killing the human mistress and daughter of the nine tailed fox, Suna's estranged father. After seeing her mother slaughtered before her, Suna awakened her dormant Yōkai abilities and eliminated the two enemies. She learns that her father is known to be a rather famous tyrannical wild fox in the spirit world, who seems to have little to no regard for her or women in general.
