Ceci is a fan character from the show Danny Phantom. She is a half-ghost in an alternate universe (relative to Danny Phantom's universe). She is featured in chapter 19 of my DP fan fiction If Vlad Wasn't a Fruitloop , which is a good!Vlad and mentor!Vlad AU. In human form, Ceci has long brown hair commonly up in a braid with a hair bow, dark blue eyes, fair skin, and wears shades of magenta, orange, and black. In ghost form, she wears an aqua and white hazmat/jumpsuit (originally orange and black), has dark aqua hair in a braid, very light, almost white skin, and magenta eyes.

Ceci's powers include the standard ghost powers (flight, invisibility, intangibility, ghost rays, ghost shield, overshadowing, etc) in addition to a ghost sense, enhanced strength, a healing factor, increased agility, ectoplasmic energy manipulation (including creating objects and mirages out of ectoplasm), duplication, telekinesis, and use of ecto-energy to heal others’ injuries or ailments. Her ghost energy is magenta/pink.

Ceci’s primary unique power is manipulating ectoplasm and/or ecto-energy to form objects or other things she needs, including temporarily existent ghost animals or other beings. However there is no sentience at play and she has control over their actions and their creation and destruction. This includes ghost shields, ghost rays, orbs, and other displays of ectoplasmic energy shown in canon such as swords. This power is amplified with a greater amount of ectoplasm available and opposite with a lesser amount. With this telekinesis also ties in, as it uses residual ectoenergy to influence her surroundings as well.

In addition to this, she can use ectoplasm/ecto-energy to create mirages overtop of her surroundings, which can make things appear to watching eyes (and even other senses) that aren’t really there. This is a more advanced facet of ectoenergy manipulation that she develops later on, though as the ability appears it often happens by accident while she's sleeping or otherwise thoroughly imaginating something in her mind's eye. All ectoenergy manipulation requires a great deal of mental visualization, especially when it comes to intricate details or how something functions, mechanically or otherwise. This is even moreso true for mirages since they occur on a much wider scale than an ectoenergy construct (like a sword or shield) even though mirages most often don't actually exist on the physical plane. She is also immune on some level to mirages created by other ghosts or magic users, though this depends on some factors like the vastness, nature of the magic, and the level of power of the user.

When possible, this multi-use power is generally Ceci’s approach to conflicts with ghosts and the occasional human instead of fighting head on, as it often causes less physical damage and is a way of deescalating situations. However, some setbacks are that it requires a lot of concentration, it's extremely limited without the presence of ectoplasm (draws on her own power, which is very draining and even dangerous for her), and major use causes exhaustion quicker than other powers. Also, most ghosts are sensitive enough to ectoenergy levels in their surroundings that they can sense a slight disturbance or 'ripple' in the energy when she influences it in any way. Still, it is quite a unique powerset compared to what's seen in canon. A reason for this is that when she became half ghost, the ghost portal device that caused it had more ectoenergy flowing through it (as opposed to electricity) than in Danny's case; the inventors responsible had different dynamics and expertise in either case, so this caused a slightly differing way of constructing such a device. Because of this she was exposed to a higher concentration of ectoplasm, which manifested different abilities and core type(s) than her fellow half ghosts.

In addition to her major powers listed above, she can also use ectoplasm/ecto-energy to heal injuries or ailments in other ghosts, humans, animals, and possibly other supernatural creatures (though with enough use this may cause temporarily ghostly abilities to manifest in the one being healed regardless of species). Some setbacks are temporarily aquired ghostly abilities in the subject, and it takes concentration and a substantial amount of time. This still ties into enhanced manipulation of ectoenergy like her other abilities. Because of this enhancement she does not have as many additional abilities as her fellow half ghosts, though she is still powerful in her own right all the same.
