Here's the backstory, bound to change with time. give this (Rito Village, Nighttime) a listen while you read it, if you wish.

Thing's started simple for Wolfory. As a plain, feral grey wolf in a snowy setting befit for a pack of friends, he himself stood out as a daring individual, shaping out his young personality to grow into an outgoing bundle of positivity, able to tough out the mistakes he made on his own with a smile. Soon enough, a guiding voice filled his mind to keep him company, and persuade him to venture outwards and away from his family, in search of power. 

The path set out by the voice in Wolfory's head gave him strength and self awareness for the search, and eventually the power that was bound to be found, a leg and arm that could replace any creature's limbs. The guiding voice was connected to the abandoned gear, acting as its own conscious that prepared the plain wolf for what's to come, a painless swap that made half of his limbs metallic. it also came with a new pattern to decorate Wolfory's fur, a zig-zagging purple stripe that truly linked the voice with Wolfory, making movements with the new equipment seamless. They were a connected duo in one body now.

With newfound power truly found and bound to the wolf, he continues his ventures with that positive mindset, in hopes to live life with all the fun that could come from it.

The 'power'

Wolfory has a conscious arm and leg that are both dark grey metal limbs with a wide range of motion to help Wolfory stand and walk. It's an ancient artifact modernized with time thanks to it's self-consciousness, and innate abilities. Those innate abilities involve a dangerously magical and compact fluid, able to be manipulated and solidified into a majority of elements ranging from simple water, to explosive powders, to the imaginations limits. It will always assume a purple, transparent shade, and the fluid itself is stored in the leg's glass compartment. 

Because of it's inherent lack of limits, Wolfory is a force to be reckoned with, as his imagination is fueled by the gifted experience of a guiding voice, manipulating the power he dared to obtain at his leisure. The only real limitations to the artifact on Wolfory's body is the amount of fluid stored inside, which can only expand so far depending on the form or element that's desired. Wolfory himself is far from perfect too, mentally fortified by his connected conscious to the guiding voice, but still physically reliant on the magic bestowed upon him. He takes unnecessary risks and actions, being careless with his curiosity too.

Wolfory is a joyful, powerful wolf, simply protected by the guiding voice and its powers to help him live out his positive goals to the fullest, whatever they may be.
