Known as 'Jaws' by everyone in Feyria, codenamed by the Feyria Police Department; Gavver Scott is only one of the most feared things in Ramai City. His original whereabouts, let alone his CURRENT within the alleyways of the city are unknown. He currently bobs and weaves between the large gang territories to hunt- whether it's for victims or shelter is questionable. The killer is currently targetted by the Noire Dragonairs for his involvement in an escaped ex member's 'resignation', helping the former hide from the mob boss's eyes.
