A strange and twisted anemone who finds sadistic glee in splicing creatures and people together, calling it her "Fascinating Chimera Project." Her desire to splice and mutate knows no bounds, as she's even taken to mutating herself, as well as her clownfish companion, Glaucus.  She has a horrific and chilling nature, making anyone who comes in contact with her immediately uncomfortable. Her smile alone is enough to send chills through your spine--especially when she's pretending to be civil. Twisted, malicious, nasty, and positively demented. Don’t cross her path, if you can help it.

She owns a lab called “Charybdis,” and is entirely responsible for the state that 3, 8, and Jellsica are in.

Scylla started off working with DNA, species development, and genetic mutations--however not the ones she went on to make. She, Jellsica, and many other scientists worked together to find ways to better the lives of sea creatures on land and in water, experimenting with things like evolution to discover how they go from one phase of life to the next. They worked hand-in-hand with Octvio and the Octarians to discover faster, more convenient ways to make their tentacle cuts grow into Octarians, and eventually Octolings, faster than normal. They also worked with Salmonids, trying to discover how they could move from their "wetland phase" to their "land phase." 

This resulted in a number of experiments that ranged from "failure" to "success," with half-formed Octarians being their worst outcome, and "mutant Salmonlings" being their best. Noodle and Tackle are examples of this respectively.

However, this wasn't enough for Scylla. She was hungry for more. Bigger mutations, more patients, wilder outcomes. Jellsica noticed the warning signs and managed to release a number of patients from the lab before it went on full lockdown. Scylla only got worse from there.

Walks on the balls of her feet, which are hand-like, but stands on her toes to appear taller. Bad for balance, but great for intimidation!

Currently deceased; killed in a rampage by Agent 3. Glaucus is alive and living with Jellsica.
