Deep in the recesses of the large, industrial city of Waekefield lies a deep underground network of criminal dealings and other skeevy happenings. This dark underground is where Rachelle was born, her parents were both irresponsible and unfit to care for a child. They neglected her terribly, the young girl learning quickly just how much of a burden she was to her parents. They kept her alive under their care until they deemed her old enough to be on her own abandoning her on the same streets she was born on. Most children born in such conditions, unfortunately, do not survive, but during her time under her parents' "care," she had learned enough skills to keep herself alive. So there she stayed, roaming the alleys and dirty streets of the Waekefield underground, utilizing her skills as a manipulator and con artist to get what she wanted and when she wanted it.

Into her adulthood, Rachelle only became more skilled in her craft, becoming a wealth of knowledge when it came to information on criminals and other happenings around the city. Her reputation for manipulation and information collecting has allowed her to gain the trust and coin of not only criminals seeking to clear their records or pay to keep their dirty laundry secret but also high-paying vigilante groups wanting to bring such criminals to justice. If there's enough money involved, Rachelle will not hesitate to air it out into the open, no matter what- if offered more money than what was offered to keep the secret, she will take full advantage of the opportunity. To this day, Rachelle continues to amass the secrets of those around her, cementing herself as a big name in the underground.
