Character trade/sale tos :

• do not skin my designs

• do not copy my designs 

• if i offer art in exchange for character ill offer something worth the character. Ill never do full body worth of 10$ for 3$ adopt.

• if we agree on hold for any reason, i will keep the character on hold for a week ONLY, unless agreed otherwise or comunicated about delays to prevent unfinished trades. If something comes up i dont mind waiting for a long time as long as i do get wips and have good communication.

• if you begin to ignore me throughout the trade/sale process I'll end the trade trade/sale.

Commision Tos :

• payment through paypal, payhip or Ko-fi. I will accept bank transfer only in certain circumstances. I do accept payment plans

• I request payment after the sketch is done. When it comes to physical art I ask for upfront deposit payment and start sketch after I recieve deposit. Physical artwork will not be send until i recieve full payment

• when sharing my artwork credit me as the artist, if possible tag me

• do not claim my artwork as yours

• do not resell my artwork for higher price than bought

• do not trace my artwork 

• if you have to end commission for sudden happenings I can only pause the commission for a while but I can never fully end it if I have already started. If I have not started yet i can end it fully

• I will not copy style of other small artists. If you want their style commission them instead. But i can try to imitate styles of cartoon shows

• there can be situation where my art takes longer to make. Im a human who sometimes has more important things to finish in real life, and not a robot

• I claim the right to not accept your commission request and to say no. If i am not comfortable drawing something i wont draw it

• I claim the right to use my artwork as example when asked for examples of my work, unless agreed otherwise upfront

• I will never draw zoophilia, pedophilia or necrophilia related art unless its for awareness purposes

• I will draw nsfw art only to person above the age of 18 for obvious reasons. When it comes to gore and self harm, i will only draw it for person above the age of 15

• do not use AI to recreate my artwork in any way

• if you reach out for me to request a commission, do not ignore me once i reply in dms. Such behaviour will lead to block which will make you unable to reach out next time in the future. I understand if you dont reply for a day or two, but my limit is a week

• if you want an art for a friend, i need a proof of the other person knowing to prevent fursona thieves getting art of stolen characters

• once i ship the physical artwork, i do not have any responsibility for packaging. I will send photos as I pack it to show what shape its supposed to get to you. In case mailman is not careful, it is NOT my fault.
