Species Rules
- The main restriction with xarids is that you CAN NOT sell them monetarily or for profit/money without being elected as a guest artist or given explicit permission by plantcare.
- Xarids can only be traded off for designs, customs, and artwork. The only exception for this is if the said design has added value from things such as commissions or YCHs.
- the privilege of being a guest artist is the ability to profit off of xarid related adopts. guest artist privileges are also permanently granted to moderators.

- Owners are free to redesign the character however they see fit as long as original design elements and design credit remains intact.
- Character can be regifted, resold, and retraded. However, the price cannot be raised without added value (art, literature, animations, physical items, etc). Personal art made by the owner DOES count towards added value.
- If you got a character in a gifting game you cannot trade or sell it without added value. Characters given through create-a-design and art game threads are allowed to be traded or gifted, but cannot be resold without extra values.
- DO NOT delete or sell my designs off Toyhouse. You will be blacklisted if I find out.
- Please refrain from donating my designs to toyhouse "shelters" (Starshelter, Rose Petal [now defunct], Switcheroo, etc). I have nothing against shelters, but I am not comfortable with this. Especially in the case of a design being a forum game custom.
