Reasoning:
Electric replaces rock, so no stones - changes color scheme to shades of "electric blue", spikier fur, and adds lightning bolt shaped border between dark and light markings. The custom metallic ear bars, which help him channel high-power electric attacks, also prevented lycanroc's innate prick ears from developing properly, rendering them only half pricked and frosted with depigmented fur.
