Discord

Carmen is an ordinary human who shares a body with a spirit named Discord. A crazy former queen who has lost her body and turned into a wandering spirit. It is possible that the human knows something more but... she prefers not to jump to conclusions.

Discord is a chimera who currently lives in the body of a human whom she calls 'Karu' or 'Creator' (referring to her given name and her love of creating stories), she runs a small YouTube channel with the same name: DiscordyChan 

Nobody knows about her past or who she really is, because she lost her memory. At first the human suspected that she was part of a 'personality disorder' but Discord proved to her by traveling between alternate universes that Discord was real. In this journey between universes they realize that Discord can separate from Karu's body and be independent, unlike the Carmen's world where Discord is only a spirit and depends on the human's body to exist. Discord has the power to travel between alternate universes, being able to teleport and go to places that are considered fictional for everyone. 

She will slowly remember part of her power and her past as a former queen of chaos, however she does not seem very interested in it and prefers to continue with her new "life", in fact she decides to ignore all this to be famous and a internet celebrity. (although without much success)
