Aldercloud is a gentle, rather introverted tom who is far from an efficient fighter, but is swift with words and swifter with his paws. An excellent runner and climber, he finds solstace within the trees and away from other cats. Although introverted that doesn't mean he isn't incredibly loyal, and is a fine example of what clan loyalty is all about.

Aldercloud was alone for the majority of his life, not that his father was absent, but rather that his father didn't care too much to really bother with him. Therefore he grew up rather alone, despite being (mostly) fine with this he always had a yearning for what other cats had. It wasn't until he met Pipersplash that he would truly come out of his shell.

Aldercloud fell for Pipersplash and he fell for her hard, realizing that though he thought he had been missing something in his life before, it had been him that needed to realize that he wasn't missing anything at all. Pipersplash was here to help him, through thick and thin, but more importantly he was there to help her. Ultimately he did help her, by defending her from the foxes when they ravaged the cave-dens. Dying in her stead was the most selfless and protective act he could offer her.
