Vincent (wolf)

Vincent is a quiet, reserved sort of character who likes to lay low and not attract much attention. In the Animal Crossing universe, his personality is lazy, but he is anything but. He hopes to live a simple, peaceful life in his new home, but soon realizes that it can get a little lonely. He tries to escape a darker past which left him with PTSD. He looks quite scary especially to smaller species, but is instead a gentle giant who sees himself as some sort of monster. After he meets a fennec fox named Flake, he grows less anxious and begins to grow accustomed to the simple island life.

✦ Appearance

Vincent is a purple wolf with light purple on his face, at the end of his tail, on his chest fur, and at the ends of his arms and legs. He has large eye bag markings in purple which manifest as actual eye bags in his gijinka form. He has red eyes with sparkles in the middle of them.

Vincent grew up as an only child in a small town and because of his parents' divorce and frequent partner changes, he moved from house to house regularly, resulting in him not having many close friends growing up. He moved out as soon as he could and lived alone as a liberated youth, but had his friend, a bat named Aerglo, visit and stay over frequently at one point, and was partially financially supported by his mother. One night, a ragtag group of burglars set out to rob his house and kill the two, so Vincent protected himself and Aerglo, but ended up killing the group in self-defense. Panicked, he decided that he had to hide the evidence of this because he thought no one would believe his side of the story. The police eventually found the bodies and caught up with him, convicting him of murder. He spent a long time in prison, and came out only for Aerglo to eventually contact him again after everything to recommend moving to a peaceful island with him after making it out of the halfway house. He took the suggestion, but did not tell Aerglo that he did, thinking it was best to lay low. He eventually reunites with his best friend and meets a fennec fox named Flake who he quickly becomes friends with as well, who eventually becomes his boyfriend.
