This guy is blind, but he's very good at both echolocation and feeling vibrations (like a... mouse?) 

He can also see the future! That's right...... the future. He usually sees it in short bursts, which then occur a couple seconds post-foresight, but on occasion he'll foresee something big, that happens far into the future. Depends on the severity of whatever he's seeing.
