Destiny swap/story swap AU, in which Celadon West is the heir of Zephyrus the West Wind, a servant of Eros under the love-god's protection... and Romeo V. Cupid is still an heir of Eros, but specifically for that one story where he openly approves of Zephyrus killing his ex-boyfriend.
(Florian Red Delphinium is destined to be the dead ex-boyfriend. He doesn't actually matter.)
West accidentally poisons himself in a desperate attempt to get over his not-so-secret secret crush, the ever-popular Romeo V. Cupid. Also: River Loxias is the only reasonable person in this entire damn school, even if they're possibly fictional.
It's like the plot of My Fair Lady, with skin in lieu of language. Or: that one fic where Romeo attempts to teach West that whole "makeup" thing.
