Everet was born into a cult that his mother was in. After his mom was viciously murdered for breaking an essential rule, the rest of the members agreed that they had no use for a random child and planned to sacrifice him immediately, but right before that the leader accidentally pissed off one of the demons that they frequently summoned and made deals with. The demon wanted to put a curse on each individual member of the cult to get payback, but instead the cult made bargain and convinced the demon to put every curse on the newborn Everet instead. Everet grew up in the cult and had to learn to deal with all the curses put on him and such. Eventually he runs away and learns that how he was brought up wasn't healthy or normal at all and yaya!!
