Baratheon

Appearance:

A large beast of an animal. Straight from the fairy-tales of old. His body is 15 feet long with a tail that's equal that in size, in height (measured at his shoulder) he is 5.5 feet at the shoulder with a long, elegant neck. His wingspan is double the length of his entire body. He weighs over two tons.

In build he is more like an Eastern dragon with a long body and legs that are relatively short compared to his size (it makes him a rather slow runner) but in the sky he rules. He has a long tail, powerful and strong that the can use like a rudder in the sky or as a weapon on the ground. He is not lacking when it comes to natural weapons as he has his sheer size, his long claws on each of his paws, his serrated mouthful of teeth, the three horns on top of his head, even his wings if he flaps them viciously enough. However, his body has its drawbacks. With such large bulk it is difficult for him to fit into some places and when he eats, he is unable to chew food, so he has to rip it into smaller pieces and swallow it whole. His pupilless pink eyes also see everything with a pink tint over it. This means that when he sees something that is pink colored (besides himself) he is unnaturally drawn to it. Doubly so if it is shiny. It can lead him to turn almost into a puppy when he tries to hoard said item or follow it around if the pink item happens to be a creature.

In color the beast is pure white, with plush fur (almost like a rabbit's) covering most of his body. The only place that he isn't furred are where there are scales that run from the top of his throat all the way to where his tail begins. The scales are pink in color and tough but not flame resistant. On the top of his head, starting in a forelock, is long blue mane-like fur that runs all the way down his back to the end of his tail where it ends in a large tuft, he also has longer blue fur on his elbows. His fur is flame retardant and water resistant. On the underside of his wings and on his three horns (placed on his nose tip and between his ears) he is colored pink.

Other nuances are his forepaws that are made in a way that is able to grasp items, his long blue tongue (round and ending in a point-like shape), and his eye teeth which protrude slightly below his lips.

Extra:

Unlike what most would think when they think of dragons, Baratheon does not breathe fire. Instead, he can exhale a powerful energy beam that can blowback or destroy what gets in its way. A byproduct of this is gray-pink smoke that curls from his nostrils when he exhales (right after he uses it or sometimes when not) and sometimes from his mouth. He cannot always control when he releases this smoke.

He is 500 years old. Relatively young for a dragon. This leads him to be a bit reckless, arrogant, but also very playful. He also thinks he's far smarter than what he really is and when in the heat of battle he tends to lose his head and can be very easily outsmarted as he is little more than a rampaging beast with no thoughts at this point. Otherwise, he is sentient, sapient, and self-aware.

He mostly lives like a wild animal, out in the wilds wherever his wings may take him. He hasn't been off of H'Trae but if he was ever given the opportunity probably would explore more.

Baratheon has a slow metabolism and one full meal can nourish his body for up to a week. Although after he eats he usually is lethargic for a few hours.

He is effectively genderless as far as his physical body goes as he has no parts relating to either male or female. However, when he speaks his voice is low and masculine, his mannerisms as well are more masculine leaning and he has always thought of himself/been referred to as "male".

- If he has a powerful enough bond with someone, he can form a rider-dragon connection where they can share thoughts, emotions, and pain without having anyone else around them hear it. This has not yet happened to him and he is unaware that it can happen.
- He can't speak from his mouth since his tongue and teeth aren't properly formed to allow him to do so. Instead, he can project his spoken thoughts to those near him. This ability is telepathy but has the same limitations as normal spoken words (i.e. he can only project thoughts near him and not aimed at specific people).
