Personality
Alecia is the snarky, sarcastic daughter of N'Doul and a prominent member of the Brandosquad. Her personality is dominated by jokes about her lack of eyesight, though that isn't all that there is to her. She's very intelligent, able to quickly solve riddles and puzzles, whether it be a physical metal puzzle or a spoken riddle. Her sarcasm permeates every conversation, as there is rarely a conversation with her that doesn't involve a sarcastic comment or some form of snark. She can be rude, especially when dealing with someone who treats her like a helpless girl after finding out she's blind, and hates being considered weak. She isn't afraid to throw a punch or hit someone in the balls with her cane. Despite having a Stand, she doesn't use it very much, even in combat, unless face to face with another Stand user. She has a moral code, though nobody knows what it is.
Appearance
Alecia stands at 5'4", with black hair chopped above her shoulders and her bangs covering her right eye. Her eyes are white, though she tends to close her eyes a lot of time time without even realizing it. Her skin is dark and tanned from the heat of Egypt, and she normally wears earrings in the shape of crystals, or one earring in the shape of a safety pin. Her clothing choices vary, but she's normally dressed for the hot Egyptian weather, and she carries a bejeweled white cane. When she stands, she tends to slouch, though she claims she doesn't notice.

Backstory
Before Alecia was born, N'Doul had a girlfriend. She wasn't in it for the long run, and they both knew this, but when she got pregnant, she realized it was almost time to break up. She wasn't a bad person - she just didn't want to have the responsibility of being a mother. She talked about it with N'Doul, and despite her own wants, she didn't want to get an abortion. N'Doul didn't exactly want to become a father, but for her sake, he agreed, and since he was in a better financial situation than she was, they decided he would take care of her. N'Doul secretly decided he would give the child up for adoption, since it would probably be the easiest thing for him. He didn't want to be a father.
However, he didn't expect the reaction he would have the first time he held her. After his girlfriend gave birth, he was offered baby Alecia, and took her into his arms. He didn't know what came over him, but hearing her screaming and crying and feeling her tiny baby body awakened something in him. N'Doul suddenly realized he never wanted to hear her cry ever again. So when he arrived at Dio's mansion with Alecia and his cane in one arm and a bag full of baby supplies. the other Agents of Dio was astounded. They didn't think he would be a good father, or a father at all. But he was determined to prove them wrong, and after a few years of raising Alecia in Dio's mansion, was able to buy his own home where the two of them could reside. Still working for Dio, picking a place not too far away from Cairo was necessary, so he decided to settle down in Gizeh, Egypt. And so began the rest of her life.
Relations
N'Doul Alecia is closest to her father, as he understands her more than anyone else ever could. Having been raised by him her entire life, she is very much acquainted with how he works, and finds it easy to relate to him, as they are both blind.
Her Mother Only seeing her once a month left Alecia unable to form a proper bond with her mother. While she does very much love her, she would prefer to spend time with her father or her friends, especially because she can be a little insensitive about her blindness.
David H. D'Arby Alecia's best friend is easily David D'Arby, most because of his dark humor and his skill at playing pool. She likes the sound of pool balls hitting each other and rolling around, so she can sit and talk to him for hours as he practices.
Jake L. D'Arby One of Alecia's close friends, Jake's antics with his cousin always leave Alecia laughing. She constantly beats him in all of his video games and likes to sit back with a grin as he throws a fit over it, wondering how she's so good at it.
Dreamlover While not quite as close, Alecia is very much friends with Dreamlover. They respect each others' Stand abilities and find that they work together quite well, though they prefer to work with other people. Dreamlover always compliments her outfits, genuinely, which makes her happy.
Flashpoint Alecia finds Flashpoint a little irritating, especially because of how vain they are. She often makes fun of their appearance, even though she can't see them, but they take it very personally and the two of them can get into no-so-friendly battles of wit and insults depending on how far the other goes.
