Cain is calm, graceful and very eloquent. He is haughty and thrives on attention, though he never demands it, instead quietly working his way into the spotlight through deftly spoken words or carefully timed actions. He is sensitive to changes in air pressure, so he has a talent for accurately predicting rain and uses this to his advantage. When rain is about to fall he performs a rain dance and then claims full responsibility for bringing the deluge, calling himself a rain-maker and basking in the awe that often results from this deception. He has even tried to coax favors or tributes for this service on occasion.

Cain is also quick-witted and possesses a silver tongue, enabling him to charm his way to what he wants, though he has a habit of issuing smooth and subtle insults that aren't always apparent immediately. This often results in strained conversations or angry and random confrontations later in the day, irritating Cain's tranquil nature. But overall he usually maintains a very zen-like composure in almost any situation.
