Third eye power: can see the past, either an individuals' past if in contact or a place's past if in that space; this is why Prince 'requested' his presence at the castle (forced lol). Can melt into shadows (it's like stepping into a small room where there's a shadow; it's not teleportation). Very powerful magic user (though doesn't advertise) - can conjure dual black whips if needed (those are really reserved for bad situation; no one really knows he can do that).

Can be very flirtatious/sexual (and can hop into one-night-stands on whim with people he's just met, though it's fairly infrequent that he meets someone he finds beautiful enough for *that*, who is also willing/wanting) - *never* forceful with advances (unless brushing someone's face or hair with his fingers is considered that, lol - but he'd stop if they looked uncomfortable as that's a major turn-off for him).

In the story, Prince captures him ('requests' his presence at the castle) to take advantage of a power from his 3rd eye - the ability to see the past (see Powers sect. above).
Latham is somewhat complacent in trying to escape, because he's secretly keeping an eye on Prince and the castle for the Monster Council.
Last name: LeMaveranth; doesn't go by his surname after his family fell from power, since he feels blame for it.
