GENERAL

• If you purchase a digital commission you will receive a digital file ( picture in .PNG or .JPEG). No prints will be shipped.
• If you purchase a traditional commission you will receive a digital file ( photo of the work in .PNG or .JPEG). To receive the physical original work you must pay the shipping and packaging costs. Shipping is optional. Shipping information can be found here: SHIPPING and PACKAGING INFORMATION
• You can ask for a couple of WIPs pictures during the process work and provide suggestions to improve it.
• I can make little changes once the work is finished, but not big changes like the pose or the colouring technique.

RIGHTS

-> For a commercial work and licensing ask me via note or email about it. We can discuss it. It has got a concrete Terms and Conditions for it. 

The commissioner is allowed to use the artwork in any non-commercial way they want. For example:

• Posting it somewhere else as long as it's non-commercial and I'm credited as the artist.
• Use as signature/avatar/banner on your personal, non profit (directly or indirectly) accounts. In this case, credit is appreciated but not needed.
• Print it in any kind of merchandising for your personal use only.
• I retain the copyright of the artwork. This means you're not allowed to modify, copy, trace, use as base, or any other way of stealing.
• I retain the right to post the finished artwork as well as any WIPs in any websites; use it to promote my commissions or myself; and to use any files related to the commission (high resolution, psd file, etc) in personal profit based websites such as patreon or gumroad and personal commercial artbooks. I will not sell your commission as prints unless you explicitly tell me you're okay with it.
• If you are not agree with the previous point sent me a note and let's talk about it. I don't bite :) 

PAYMENT AND REFUNDS

• I accept Paypal or Ko-fi donations as payment methods. If you are paying through Paypal you can use my Paypal.me or send me your email so I send you the recipe.
• Full payment before starting the commission.
• If payment is not done in 1 week after I send the invoice you will loose your slot.
• Tips are accepted and appreciated.

• You can cancel the commission before the payment, but not after.
• In the strange case that I don't finish the commission in 5 months (I don't think that will happen). There will be a refund option. This is not applied in case the slow work progress is due to the uncomunication from the client.
