Village was burned down by Sivre while he was young, and the Mad God killed his family in front of him. Being the sole survivor of the incident, Valas swore revenge on Sivre, and trained for years. Valas even defeats Jyggalag himself in a challenge for power, and becomes the new Prince of Order.
In the end, Valas kills Sivre in his throne with the Sword of Jyggalag, and fixes all the damage Sivre has done.
