Generally, she's more lenient with the rules and herself. Isn't beholden to anyone or anything. Tends to be a bit chaotic but she gets the mission done so nobody can really complain. The last time someone talked smack in front of her they ended up demoted and doing chores for a month so, suffice to say, nobody talks smack about her anymore (not that there was any evidence that she did it-she's good at covering her tracks).
