Mao Mao is a curious little feathered creature that followed Kohe around after Kohe freed him from a lobster trap, Neia often tease him and saying a remora is a cuter and better follower than him. Mao Mao enjoys staying around Kohe and Neia as he felt safe beside those two and most importantly he gets some share of food crumbs from them every meal.
- His feathers are waterproof
- Could actually stay on land and fly but prefers to stay in ocean with Kohe and Neia for protection
- Kohe made him a seashell house (kinda like a doll house)
- Curious about other seafolks but due to his size, often keeping a safe distance in case of any potential harm
- Likes sunbathing and cleaning his feathers often
- Chats a lot and Neia often have to stuff him with food to shut him up
