Speckle is the second born of three Pegasus siblings. She is peppy and friendly to everyone. She often visits other ponies and makes it her job to make sure everyone is doing well. Especially once night time falls onto Ponyville. She is often seen being more active during the evening and night than the early morning. Despite the fact she loves people she does find the solitude of the night to be comforting.

The special thing about Speckle is that when night falls many people can find her by the glow of her cutie mark and her feckles. No one has been able to find out why this happens, but it has made her an execellent guide and helper when it gets too dark. It was actually how she found out about her cutie mark, as she had gotten it while finding someone within the dark of night and lead them safely home. This is why you end up finding her up during the night.

Like a lot of pegasi, Speckle is known to have a lot of energy and very bubbly. She enjoys interacting with others and getting to know them. Sometimes she is a bit unaware of boundaries of others, much to the dismay of her older brother, but she tries her best to be kind and friendly to everyone she can. Most of her kindness seems to stem from offsetting her brother's more serious attitude.
