Quiet and obedient, Radio has been engineered since his creation to respect Aniza Nam. He understands his low position, although not as low as any of the other inhumans and is willing to quietly follow after Aniza without questioning. Meek and jumpy, but focused and nearly perfect physically, making him a perfect scout and spy.

Genetically engineered and created by the experiments in the Exian Guild. Radio is one of the first successful creations, created as a spy and scout- no one would expect the Empire to use inhumans as spies. Originally called Experiment 11-A but granted a name after proving successful. In the occasions he gets caught he is released as a civilian in the wrong place at the wrong time due to him being an inhuman.
