Nozomi is sweet, generous if not a little naive as well. Towards strangers, depending on the circumstances, she will generally be polite and nice towards those who have yet to enact any sort of violence towards their surroundings that she's aware of. Towards those she's seen do exactly that however, she will remain wary, distant, and overall not talk much out of fear of drawing attention to herself. Towards her friends she's very playful and retains a hearty personality, similar to a mix of Nami / Robin. She will risk her life for her friends, though it might take a moment to gather herself to fight, she's loyal to those she deems an equal.

Name: (Zoan User) Tori Tori no Mi, Model: Crow

Description: She has the ability to transform herself into a crow. However she is only capable of using her wings on a constant basis. For some reason she has a hard time hiding them, and so she simply leaves them out for comforts sake. Otherwise her other main move is to summon talon-like claws along her hands and feet. But it's an attack that will only really appear out of sheer concentration.

Sometimes out of stress, feathers will appear along her face and arms.

Weakness: Deep depths of water, and Seastone.

Name: Kemono no noroi (Curse of the Beast)

Description: Her families blood-line was cursed long ago with the unfortunate side-effect of turning them into monstrous creatures from becoming over-emotional. In such a state, they are mindless beings driven only by their emotions. Because of this it's very easy for Nozomi to turn into one. And in doing so, looks similar to that of a giant black crow with antlers. In such a form, her cries as capable of projecting her emotions onto those around her, causing them to feel sad or anger depending on the tone.

Weakness: Last only 10 minutes, cooldown depends on how much damage she's taken. Usually an entire day.

Name: Martial Arts

Description: After being stranded on her own, she took all that she had left, a charm she'd made for her and Zoro to use in order to find one another should they become lost. And decided to use it as a guide in hopes of eventually running into him. However she instead ran into a dojo where upon greeting the owner of it, asked them if they could aid in strengthening her for the sake of taking on the new world. After two years of intense training, she was finally able to move on.

Weakness: Long range combat is your best bet against her.


Name: Kenbunshoku Haki

Description: Such a Haki had been trained throughout her younger years, utilized with her clairvoyance and other methods of work as a witch. Where she's capable of sensing a short distance of close range attacks towards her.

Weakness: Long range attacks of at least 100 yards.

Name: Busoshoku Haki

Description: During her time at the dojo she trained at, she awakened her secondary Haki, which allowed her to harden her feathers and shoot them like daggers.

Weakness: Can only last up to 5-10 minutes.

Background

Originally she lived in a small town in the New World, having been ostracized due to living the woods with her mother and marked as a 'witch'. She left after an incident occurred regarding her mother risking her life to buy her time against several nefarious enemies that were thought to of been enemies to her coven's original Bloodline. Realizing that they weren't who she thought they were, as well as what they were really after, she set to work on finding what it was they were searching for. The maps of an old story that regarded her coven's sworn enemies. Having found the map in the tome she'd been given upon running away, she decided to use it to find others similar to it. In hopes of ending the curse on herself as well as the madness the maps gave off.

She met the Strawhat's in a town somewhere. It wasn't until Zoro got lost and got caught in-between a fight taking place between her being attacked by a different crew of pirates late at night did the two finally get to meet. He took her back to the ship where she was patched up and told her story to the crew. With the promise of a possible treasure in store for them should they aid in finding the maps when given the chance, she was added to the crew as an extra pair of hands for the others.

Comes from a line of witches regarded as the Black Rose Coven.
Cursed with the mark of a beast
Middle name Rose is hidden by the public due to this. Replacing it with Nozomi.

A long time ago there was a witch. The witch had a friend that was a pirate and she made a chart for them to follow so then they could always find her. Unfortunately the pirate was killed at sea and the chart was stolen and her home was pillaged by said pirates. Out of spite she made 6 cursed sea charts. “I was drunk and sad! Give me a break!” The maps aren’t really cursed, they just lead to cursed places. There is but one map out of the set that actually leads to the witch. That one is enchanted.

The witch also happens to belong to the enemy coven that at one point attempted to hunt down the remainder of Nozomi’s bloodline. It is thought that because Nozomi’s family in particular was targeted, she considered it an act of violence towards her bloodline and put the two together in hopes that said person was also the one who could break her curse. As it is recalled in her family's history that their rival coven were the ones that cursed them in the first place.

Nozomi uses bits of the map to create a charm to trace back to the witch.
