He was also born without "oni teeth" and lacks the typical color of an oni-spirit. Francis has a history of misconduct; including drug abuse, reckless driving, behavioral destruction, and attempted assault. He is currently off probation but is still deemed as 'dangerous' and 'unstable'. He lives as a common rodent to society and takes advantage of people to get by.
