Paranoia makes the heart grow fond , at least that is what Hydrra would say if you should ever question her about why she does what she does. Honestly she enjoys toying with people, watching the squirm and watching the realms she visit descend into madness or come under her control. Not that she ever truly cares about ruling ...well..anything? She just does not like being chained down to beings that she doesn't respect. Which is a small list. She will rarely take orders from someone she doesn't hold in some regard. Only if the orders amuse her or go along with what she was wanting to begin with.
She claims she was born from the inky abyss. Not literal ink but the consistency is the same. It is endless, depthless, suffocating but freeing. It allows her to travel to any realm she so wishes, and is where she goes should her energy wane or she just wants to escape the stupidity of others.

Hydrra: Technically yes? Though~ Hah. I would not reccommend it..~ My 'ink' is quite ...mind altering~ And not in the fun way beings have come up with lately. Oh no. It induces a frightening bout of paranoia to your being. I dare say you might even start seeing hallucinations...that may or may not be able to actually harm you~ So yes...but no.
