Asra grew up among the plains of Oasis Basin's skies. The marriage between the Sun and Moon had existed for much longer than the prides life time, but Asra was born after the Moon realized how much he craved for a family of his own from watching the Oasis Basin grow. Asra was sheltered by his parents and often turned to the River goddess for the chance to run and grow outside his to-be duties of the skies. On these journeys the young deity fell for a mortal of the pride. Watching the young lion grow and overcome any challenge they faced. Asra often helped in his own way through his fathers to keep his star-fire safe. Unable to meet, Asra made due with watching from afar. Yet, his father Sun grew sympathetic to his sons plight and granted the youth a chance to learn and grow in another way. What better way to understand the pride he would watch over than to become a part of it for long as his love would live.

Mios never understood his sister's disdain for winter. The chilled air and winds always seemed to carry and guide him to where he was meant to be. Among the mountains frigid snow fall however was were he now drew the line of comfort. The traditional rite of all fighters was to last a single night amongst the deadly peaks and it could not move fast enough. The young lion had made his post along a steep drop from above in the hopes of preventing a surprise attack from the many creatures that roamed the peaks.

A sudden and sharp cry ringing out amongst the roaring winds made Mios jump in surprise. The sound seemed to come from below and had certainly come from another lion. What one was doing out here was beyond him but a noise like that certainly alerted any and all threats around. Racing to protect what he could only assume was a member of his pride Mios was not ready to stare down, from what he could tell, a snow lion. A single fresh rabbit hanging from its muzzle.

Asra had not intended to fall halfway down a mountain slope when he was placed among the mortal plain, but at least he had bite hard enough on his offering to not lose it. Entranced by the sudden new feeling of the cold snow enveloping him he had yet to notice the approach of his flame. Snapping out of his trance after feeling a paw poke his nose Asra bounced back to life. Scaring his audience in the process, "Oh how I've waited to finally meet you my star-fire! Apologies for the suddenness of my arrival but I hope you will accept this offering of courtship!".

"What?"
