Juli here is an adopted character designed by Valyriana and Catfinches from dA and gifted to me by Wolfprincess26 (close friend of mine, also a dA username). She's Lotte's friend or at least she is according to Lotte, she tends to be a bit prissy and huffy though. ^_^
