Tarrin

Tarrin is a Dwarf of the clan of the Firebeards who travels with Sharad, Talik and Yalin through the world and later meets up with Cerine and Marive due to her having taken on a special adventure job. Adventures are explores, mercenaries and exterminators of magical „pests“. They work either alone or in groups and can be hired in various cities.

About her:

• full name: Mountaindaugther Tarrin of the Firebeards (mountaindaugther = princess)
• 159cm/5'3"
• is very kind and carrying (the mother to her ragtag bunch of misfits XD)
• is thoughtful and good at planing even complex schemes
• tends to move her hands around while speaking (due to being taught the old dwarven language (Badurin) in which the meaning of words can be shifted by using certain gestures)
• speaks Ganorian (the common language) and Badurin (the old dwarven language)
• is the oldest daughter of the King under the Firemountain and was considered the hier to the throne but she renounced her title if favour of her younger brother, so she can travel the world
• due to her being raised as the heir apparent she was also trained as priestess of the God of Fire, Opantikaras, also known as the Copper Serpent
• is a major historian and has written various texts and a book about the history of her people
• is the healer of the group and able to use divine fire thanks to her being a priestess of Opantikaras
• her gauntlets are set in with Animuscrystals (they are the Shadeless/souless equivalent to Animusorbs and much safer yet less powerfull) which allow her to channel and store arcane-energies and focus them
• the Animuscrystals she wears as brooch allows her to call for her gauntlets and gives a boost in energy and accuracy when using magic
• the silver pearls in her beard and in her hair are engraved with the crest of her family: a intertwined flame originating from a blue sapphire
• has the habit of twirling the silverpearls in her beard when nervous or thinking very hard
• is in charge of the finances and owns the waggon and the two horses it's pulled by
• is asexual

About her inventory:

• has always tobaccos and a golden Hoarddragon pipe with herself (Hoarddragons are domesticated by the Dwarves to protect their treasuries/ they are usually only loyal to the King of the "respective" Mountain (there are six "Kingdoms"/mountains/ the respective Kings/Queens meet up annually in one of the six mountains following a set order)
• has always a few empty books with her to write down her findings considering historical artefacts and places she collects/visits

With Cerine:

• can't read Cerine
• is very impressed with her capabilities as mage

With Marive:

• has a feeling that something's off with him
• feels as if she has seen him before but can't quite place the notion
• tries to even out the tension between him and Sharad

With Sharad:

• likes him and appreciates him for the good fighter he is
• sees him more often than not like a moody teenager and reprimands him if needed
• if he gets too annoying Tarrin doesn't mind to use a sleeping spell on him (more often so in the past)
