Percy

Percy is one of the two brothers who runs Embark's gift shop.

He is the younger of the two but is more mature than his older brother Allen. He is still quite immature, just... less so than his brother.

Despite his general maturity, he doesn't have much experience in sales.

He is very friendly to all the shop's visitors but feels bad and annoying if he pushes their products too hard so ends up just having random conversations then letting potential customers leave without buying anything which, for a town with as few tourists as Embark gets (close to none) can be detrimental to their business and Allen often goes on tirades berating Percy for this behavior which has hurt their relationship a bit over the span of their shop's life.

Fortunately the shop hasn't had much trouble staying open despite Percy's poor salesmanship because even though it's technically a gift shop designed for tourists, the local residents still stop by quite frequently to buy flowers and gifts for their loved ones on special occasions.
