-The longer he holds it, the objects frozen will slowly come back to in slow motion before breaking from the quirk
-If he holds it too long or does it too much in a day he will slowly start to "Lag" until he goes to sleep. Lagging is him moving slower and slower.

SHORT BIO: Transfer Student from Russia. He grew up with an older twin, younger brother, and younger sister. His parents are loving and doting but his parents and siblings stayed in Russia. He is flyin Solo. Right now he lives in a cheap apartment paid by his parents. (His family is loaded but lives the middle class lifestyle by choice). He is currently Attending his 3rd year at UA High, he has been there since his 1st year.
