Marisol belongs to one of the oldest families to have settled in Solceillo, the descendents of healers and farmers who first domesticated animals centuries ago.
Marisol is an enthusiastic sort who loves to talk and meet new people, but has a tendency to run on longer than most can feasibly follow. She's has a strong intuition for people, listening to her instincts nine times out of ten, but relies a little too heavily on her emotions to decide for her. As a result she has ended up in astoundingly awkward situations where she needs to think on her feet to escape unscathed.

Setting
The port town of Solceillo is one of the oldest cities in the world, dating back to centuries before the first animals were domesticated from the wilderness, back to when spiritualism was born of superstition. The city residents are generally peaceful folk, if a little curious in their local culture. Large animals are not uncommon to find wandering the streets just as humans do, carrying bags and parcels to the homes they reside in. Most inhabitants are warm and inviting, almost ignorant to potential dangers that happen in other cities. There is little crime, and Solceillo lacks law enforcement save for a large neighborhood watch that extends across the whole city. They are easy to discern in a crowd, those who work in similar city sectors are usually together in public. It is strange, though, how the neighborhood watch can single out a stranger like a pack of carnivores track their prey.
