Quirk: Parasitic Jelly - She can produce and control leeches made of black jelly. They're not truly living organisms, but they latch onto others and drain their blood to weaken them. If they enter a victim's brain, she can see and hear everything they see and hear, invade on their thoughts, and even take control if the victim is unaware or not fighting her.

Limitations

• The leeches dissipate on their own after a few minutes of not being able to drink blood.
• Leeches dissipate with enough force (hitting them). Can be frozen or burned easily.
• Leeches can be purged from the body by intoxication. The easiest substances to use are alcohol or caffeine.
• It doesn't take much effort to resist Roseram's control-- just consistent effort.
• Leeches which have rooted into a host's brain no longer cause weakness through anemia.

Roseram is tries to be mysterious and omen-like, but this is mostly an act. She's extremely nosy and observant, interested in gossip and other people's lives. She is easily charmed by the attention of others, especially when attempts are made to entertain her.

She knows the measure of her own strength, which can make her overconfident in certain situations. She tries to act more mature than she is, but falls into clingy behavior if things begin to spiral out of control.

History: Roseram was the result of a program where heroes and other individuals with "good" quirks donated or sold their genetic material. It would be purchased by parents or individuals who wanted better odds at having a certain quirk for their child, specifically to try to raise a pro-hero child. Most of her youth was straightforward-- high expectations, but a clear path and much reward for success.

In her late teens, she learned that she was not the only child her parents had had when a housekeeper referred to her as the 'youngest'. Feeling entitled to the knowledge of her predecessors, she hired a private investigator to snoop on her own parents and her supposed siblings-- and found out that she had two brothers, put into the care of a relative.

On her own, she arranged a meeting with them, and became fast friends with one of the brothers, Iver. Though his quirk had been deemed 'less promising' by her parents, he still had dreams of being part of the force that helped with public safety. They pursued hero education together in Boston at Schuyler, Roseram's strict training helping her with her entry and Iver's ties (though tenuous) to her family helping his. After graduation they were both scouted by the DPP (or rather, Roseram was scouted by the DPP and hauled her brother onboard) and that's where they've been working ever since.
